Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from returns. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Certain health and personal care items.

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within X days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at burritobreathables@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

  • If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
